Booking conditions

Please read the booking conditions carefully. By completing and submitting the form, you are acknowledging acceptance of the stated conditions.

Prices:
All prices quoted are cash or cheque payment only and credit cards attract an additional fee.

Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices quoted are subject to availability and change at any time, until full payment has been received and tickets have been issued. As much notice as possible will be given of impending price increases.

Deposits:
$150 pp non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. (In the case of cancellation, this may be used towards any international booking paid in full within the next 6 months).

Method of Payment:
Cheque or direct bank deposit is the most convenient form of payment. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment, a surcharge of 2% will be applied. AMEX and Diners Card also accepted but a higher surcharge is payable. Credit cards are accepted by some airlines and tour operators. Please check for further details.

Cancellation/Amendment Fees:
Please be advised that cancelled booking will incur charges. A minimum of $100 per person with additional charges imposed by Airlines and Tour Operators, which sometimes can add up to 100%. One amendment (prior to the issue of documents) will be free of charge, any subsequent amendments may be charged at $33. A minimum of $50 amendment fee is required for re-issuing finalised documentation.

Airport Taxes:
Security taxes and departure taxes are mandatory. These charges are usually included in the ticket price but some countries/airports may charge an additional fee, which must be paid locally. Please ask for further information.
